Intro
Welcome to ØɄ₮₴łĐɆ (a/k/a 0UTS1D3, OUTS1DE, OUTSIDE): A webring that aims to catalog the eccentric corners of the small web. Membership requirements are pretty simple:
- Retro-Stylings | Odd, quirky, personal, geeky, and hand-coded (this doesn't strictly mean it has to be static-HTML, though). Pretty CSS is fine (obviously), but the more lo-fi, the better.
- Non-commercial | Selling merch or art prints is totally fine. But if your site is just a hollow extension of a business, or you collect data beyond general page analytics, this isn’t the place for you.
- Non-prejudiced | Bigotry and hate speech is absolutely not allowed. This space is for the creatively unhinged, not the actually unhinged.

Make sure your site:
- Has an h-card.
- Has the webring links active on your front page. Examples are below.
The crawler will specifically look for p-name, u-url and p-note in the h-card. p-note is optional; the other two are required.
If everything is intact, your site will be added automatically upon submission.
